Accountant
Hire Resolve is looking for a skilled Accountant to join their team in Boca Raton, Florida. Hire Resolve is focused on finding workplace satisfaction for their employees while operating primarily in the engineering, finance, IT, mining, supply chain, trade, and technical industries.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness
- Create and maintain accurate and detailed financial records and documentation
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports are completed on time
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Provide support during audits, both internal and external
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or related field
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
