Architectural Associate
An industry-leading company situated in Texas is urgently seeking the expertise of an Architectural Associate to join their team remotely.
Responsible for technical design development for a wide range of project sizes. Work on project development in design phases. Maintain project delivery schedule and communicate concerns with project team. Prepare schematic and design development phase presentation materials. Develop construction documentation and specifications. Create develop and maintain BIM Projects through all phases of project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Architectural
- 2 years’ experience working in the commercial architectural field.
- Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM 360, Bluebeam Revu and Office 365
- Experience with Navisworks and Autodesk Formlt preferred.
