Audit Manager
Hire Resolve is partnering with a major CPA firm in Lafayette, LA that is seeking an Audit Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of auditors, ensuring the company’s clients receive quality service and deliverables. Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of auditors, including task assignment, performance review, and career development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Plan and execute internal and external audit engagements, including risk assessment, audit scoping, and testing.
- Ensure that audit work is completed in accordance with professional standards and the company’s policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on various accounting and financial reporting issues.
- Review and analyze financial statements and prepare reports summarizing audit findings and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline audit processes, procedures, and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Minimum of 5 years of audit experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
