Step into a leadership role where commercial strategy meets decisive action. We are looking for a B2B Collections Manager who knows how to command a room, steer a team, and drive results. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, understands the nuances of commercial debt recovery, and is ready to elevate a high-performing team of 12 collections agents. If you have deep experience navigating secured debt and UCC lien processes, this is your arena.
You will guide, mentor, and energize a team of skilled collections agents. Daily support, coaching, and structured training all fall under your leadership. You’ll set the tone for professionalism, accuracy, and smart recovery tactics. New hires will look to you for onboarding, while seasoned agents will rely on your feedback to sharpen their performance.
This role isn’t just managerial. You’ll maintain your own portfolio of high-value accounts while supporting agents with complex or escalated situations. You will assist with UCC lien notices, documentation, and communication strategies for secured debts, ensuring both compliance and confidence at every step.
You’ll track team KPIs including recovery rates, call activity, and resolution timelines. Your insights will fuel performance improvements, process enhancements, and strategic decision-making. Leadership depends on you for clear, data-driven updates and recommendations.
You will uphold rigorous standards around federal, state, and local regulations. This includes FDCPA guidelines and UCC Article 9 requirements. You’ll lead compliance training, reinforce adherence, and ensure the team operates with precision and integrity in all communications and procedures.
This role requires fluency in CRM and collections software. You’ll organize workflows, assign tasks, and maintain accurate account documentation. When the team hits a technical snag, you’ll be the problem-solver who keeps them moving.
• 5+ years in commercial debt recovery, including secured transactions and UCC lien processes
• 3+ years in a leadership or team supervisory role
• Strong understanding of UCC notice requirements and timelines
• Confident negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Proven experience with CRM and collections platforms
• A business or finance-related degree is a plus but not required
• Competitive salary with commission opportunities
• Paid time off
• Paid training and continuing development
• Fully remote environment
• A leadership role with direct influence on company performance
If you bring both the expertise and the energy to lead a results-driven collections team, we would love to hear from you. This is your chance to shape strategy, mentor talent, and directly impact recovery outcomes in a role designed for a strong and decisive leader.
