Overview
Mechanical Engineer
An industry-leading company located in Cincinnati, Ohio, who is immediately seeking the expertise of an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their team.
In this role, the Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for projects involving failure analysis, design optimization, product development, and cost reduction. A key focus area for this position will entail all aspects of product development.
Key requirements:
- Must have strong problem-solving skills, ability to be client facing at times, strong written and verbal communication skills, and highly innovative
- Test fixture design and development, programming experience, and understanding of materials
- Product development processes including requirements definitions, conceptualization, design, implementation, test and document
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience required
- Experience with CAD software preferred (Solidworks experience is a plus)
- Experience or knowledge with all phases of the Design Control and Validation processes
- Data Analysis experience preferred
Education & Certifications:
- Master of Science or PhD in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited school required
- Must be able to work in the USA without sponsorship or need for future sponsorship
