Construction Superintendent – Residential
An industry-leading company situated in Hamptons; NY is urgently seeking the expertise of a Construction Superintendent – Residential to join their team. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations at the construction site, set performance goals and deadlines, leading daily meetings, maintain a safe job site and assure compliance with Chapter 33 of the New York City Building Code and any rules promulgated thereunder at each job site for which the construction superintendent is responsible.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management
- 5-10 years of experience as a construction superintendent
- Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
- In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
