Dedicated Tax Manager
Hire Resolve is seeking a Dedicated Tax Manager to join their team in Chandler, Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career in the finance industry. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for individual, partnership, and corporate clients.
- Perform tax research and assist with tax planning.
- Communicate with clients regarding tax-related issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure tax compliance deadlines are met and deadlines are properly communicated to clients.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff members.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients and team members.
- Represent clients before tax authorities and provide assistance with tax audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in tax accounting for a public accounting firm
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
