This is not a desk-bound role. It’s a front-line leadership position for a sales professional who thrives on closing deals while building and leading a high-performing sales operation.
As the HVAC Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping sales strategy, driving revenue, and representing the business in the market. You will manage the full sales cycle end-to-end while maintaining your own active pipeline of residential and/or commercial sales appointments.
