We are looking for a highly skilled Licensed Architect to join a forward-thinking and innovative team in Florida. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects across all phases—from design concept through construction administration.
  • Partner directly with clients to understand their goals and translate their vision into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
  • Develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Florida Building Codes, zoning laws, and accessibility standards.
  • Coordinate closely with engineers, contractors, and consultants to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design integrity, and resolve challenges.
  • Research and specify sustainable building materials and finishes.
  • Present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior architects and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused work environment.
  • Support business development activities and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Active Florida Architect license in good standing (required).
  • 5+ years of professional architectural experience, ideally in residential and/or commercial projects.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (NAAB-accredited or equivalent).
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Chief Architect, and rendering software.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida Building Codes and local regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated design excellence with a strong, diverse portfolio.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Commitment to sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices.
  • Experience with land planning or commercial design is a plus.
