Civil Engineering Intern (EI)
An industry-leading company located in the greater Orlando Florida area is immediately seeking the expertise of an experienced Civil Engineering Intern (EI) to join their team.
In this role, the Civil Engineering Intern (EI) will work under the direction of project managers in the planning, permitting and designing of commercial and residential land development projects in Central Florida. This person will work on all phases of construction site plans and permitting assistance with city and county agencies in Central Florida.
Key requirements:
- Assisting project managers with preparing due diligence
- Completing feasibility reports on properties of interest
- Planning, permitting and designing different land developments
Experience:
- Proficient at producing construction plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Critical thinker who uses logic and reason to solve problems
Education & Certifications:
- Must have a Florida engineering intern (EI) license
- B.S. in civil engineering
Salary
- $55,000 – $63,000 Annually
