Accounting Manager
An industry-leading company located in San Diego, California is immediately seeking the expertise of an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team.
In this role, the Accounting Manager will have 5 to 8 years of Deltek/Ajera accounting software experience. They will be responsible for payroll, accounts payables/receivables, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and taking care of company financials. A key focus area for this position will entail supporting employee benefit plans and overseeing the accounting department
Key requirements:
- Expertise in bank reconciliations and working with company financials
- Manage accounts receivables and payables
- Proficiency with payroll and accounting programs and procedures
Experience:
- 8 years of Deltek/Ajera accounting software experience
- Familiarity and experience with external payroll services such as Paychex
- Management experience in managing/supporting benefit plan issues (e.g., 401k, health/medical & business insurance, etc.)
