Senior Landscape Architect
A boutique Landscape Architecture, Planning, and Civil Engineering firm in Denver, Colorado is immediately seeking a talented, highly motivated, and enthusiastic Senior Landscape Architect to join their team!
In this role, the Senior Landscape Architect will be responsible for the design and execution of projects. Key focus areas for this position will entail site/landscape design, graphic renderings, entitlements, and construction documents.
In this role, the Senior Landscape Architect will be responsible for:
- Assist in landscape design for entitlement package submittals.
- Assist in the overall design and technical support.
- Attend project meetings.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and consultants toward design solutions.
- Conduct construction administration.
- Site visits, prepare punch lists, and communicate with contractors, product reps., and consultants.
- Preparation of construction details and technical specifications (Layout and grading plans, planting plans, details, and specifications.)
- Prepare cost estimates.
- Produce project presentation plans, drawings, and project graphics.
Key Experiences:
- Proficient use of AUTOCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Understands the approval and permitting process for landscape architectural projects.
- Demonstrated experience creating and assembling construction plans, cost estimates, and bid tabs.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and passionate.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Master’s degree preferred.
- Licensed Architects in the State of Colorado are strongly preferred.
- 6+ years experience.
