As the Tax Manager you will be responsible for managing and reviewing individual and business tax return projects, and tax returns, and coach, mentor, train and develop the skills of other team members. The successful incumbent must be able to communicate directly with clients regarding tax planning, transaction structures and build a network of relationships and attract new client business.

Key Requirements for this role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • CPA License
  • Strong ability to read and understand financial statements
  • Willingness to seek and understand a variety of industries and privately-owned businesses
  • Develop and lead highly motivated like-minded professionals
  • 5 years of progressive public accounting experience
